Includes custom dictionaries, filler-word removal, segmentation rules, punctuation & casing correction, and multiple caption display modes such as pop-on, rolling line (“snake”), and multi-line layouts.

Integration Into Broadcast Workflows

Seamlessly integrates into live production and playout environments with support for Pixel Power, BroadStream, Evertz, and Newfor systems. The Txtplay application is installed on-premises within the broadcaster’s environment, ensuring full control over audio ingest, processing, latency, and subtitle output. The ASR engine can run in the cloud or on-prem, enabling hybrid setups (Txtplay on-prem + ASR in cloud) or full on-prem deployments for air-gapped or high-security operations.
